Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product should be returned with its original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Gift cards (if offered).
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ShelfBerry will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
